Community Builder. Problem Solver. Celebrator.
Startup Enthusiast. Marketing Master. Designer.
Pitch Perfector.
Jacey Cadet is a community builder with a desire to cultivate empowered groups of people. She uses her positive energy and supportive attitude to build up and train those around her. She's currently doing this as the VP of Marketing & Community at Atlanta Ventures. They empower entrepreneurs to start, grow, and learn and co-found companies with driven founders in a collaborative environment, fund founders, and equip entrepreneurs.
She also leads Pitch Practice, a meetup for Atlanta entrepreneurs to practice the 30 second, 1-minute, or 3-minute investor pitch. They meet Fridays at 1pm at Atlanta Tech Village–Buckhead and Tuesdays at Atlanta Tech Village–Sylvan.
Jacey is an enthusiastic Wyoming native who is equal parts laughter and laugh-inspiring. Her closest friends, and even those who are just meeting her for the first time, would all agree that she is compelled by joy in all she does. Deep conversations about life, ideas for a new podcast, feedback on new business ideas… Jacey loves discussing all of them.
Whether she is seizing new opportunities to build and create community, celebrating and cheering on the accomplishments of others, or showing up to help with outstretched palms and a positive spirit of service, Jacey is truly “For the People” in all aspects of her life.
It won't take long to realize that meeting you is her true pleasure. And once you do, you can expect to be integrated into a wider network to strengthen your case and advance your cause.
This isn't all of what I believe, but some of what's closest to my heart:
